We stopped at several local Chevrolet car dealers. Mclaughlin’s Chevrolet was our last place where David Neudeck, our salesmen, showed us the cars we were interested in. He patiently listened and answered all our question, helped us understand all our buying options including manufacturer’s discount. We were treated like a family .Excellent, no pressure customer service, transparency, no hastle paperwork!!! That was the best shopping experience I had ever had. I ended up trading in an old car and driving back in a new one that I absolutely love as well as getting a great deal. I also know that should I have any unexpected car problems, they will be taken care of. It is a nice feeling of being part of a McLaughlin Chevrolet family. GMC Denali purchased with ease I checked out low mileage 2018 GMC 1500 Sierra Denali's on the internet through Carfax, Kelly Blue Book, car dealers websites, etc. McLaughlin Chevrol I checked out low mileage 2018 GMC 1500 Sierra Denali's on the internet through Carfax, Kelly Blue Book, car dealers websites, etc. McLaughlin Chevrolet was very easy to deal with from my first contact with Doreen Moore and then going in on a Sunday when it was 100 degrees and David Neudeck took great care of us with a test drive and selling me the truck. Wonderful experience with Keith Nickerson in finance. Everyone was friendly, great to work with and I feel I received a great deal from them. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. I work for a class 8 truck dealership myself and I know how important customer service is and McLaughlin Chevrolet knows it too. More
