Shawn Saunders was extremely informative and took the time to answer several of our questions about financing and was able to restructure our financing in a way that made us comfortable purchasing our truck. All around good experience so far. I hope it continues in the event we ever need to utilize the additional warranty purchased. Thank you. More

He was kind, professional and quick which was what I needed but I also know that if I needed more time he would have gone over everything with a fine tooth comb. He gets 5 stars! I was not pleased with the fact that it took 9 days to receive my registration and even then it was only because I called them to find out the status. Driving illegally for 2 days was not fair to me and needs to be addressed so it do not happen to someone else More

Great first time-buyer experience This was my first time buying a car, the one I had before was a family hand-me-down. I was nervous and inexperienced but Bourne's was very pleasant an This was my first time buying a car, the one I had before was a family hand-me-down. I was nervous and inexperienced but Bourne's was very pleasant and easy to deal with. I went twice to test drive cars and they had them ready for me when I got there. Once I had my car picked, I went back a third time and they had the paperwork ready for me and I drove home with it that night! It's been several months now and I feel like I got a great deal on a car that I really like. Their customer service was excellent and I didn't feel like I was being pressured or being taken advantage of like in some other dealerships. I highly recommend them! More

My second of many cars from Bourne's Auto This is my second car I bought from them. The prices are good, and I love the "No haggle policy". It eliminates all of the pressure that comes with buying a car. The turnaround time was quick, the financing was perfect, and the car runs great. I also get my cars serviced here and the whole dealership bends over backwards for you. Dave Pair, my salesperson, is the NICEST guy! Friendly, helpful, and zero pressure. I can't say enough good things about him or the dealership. More

Top Notch People at Bourne I bought a TL 5 years ago from Bourne and David Pair. I had such a great experience with David and the Bourne Dealership that I returned 2 years ago I bought a TL 5 years ago from Bourne and David Pair. I had such a great experience with David and the Bourne Dealership that I returned 2 years ago and bought my wife's vehicle there. Now that my daughter is driving and taking my TL I have returned to Bourne and David. I will never go any where else. David has been knowledgeable, friendly and professional. My wife's Chevy had a cracked windshield and I live 50 miles away. David set up a replacement for me 10 minutes away. The car prices are unmatched, purchase process seamless and everyone is friendly. NO VULTURES HERE!! You would have to be crazy to buy any where else. I come from RI More

Did not seem to matter My wife and I drove 90 minutes to look at an Acura I had emailed them about. It was a Saturday and while I expected it to be busy, it was complete ch My wife and I drove 90 minutes to look at an Acura I had emailed them about. It was a Saturday and while I expected it to be busy, it was complete chaos in there. People being herded through test drives, cars moving in and out of the lot at a dizzying pace. We were directed to Dave, to arranged to have the Acura brought up. We got in and headed out. We pulled over 5 minutes into the test drive with an air pressure warning on a tire and none of the front right lights working properly. We brought the car back and they told us if we were interested, they would have the issues fixed. I'm not sure why you brought me a car to drive that wasn't safe to begin with, but ok. I told him we might be interested and they assessed my trade. I had researched and knew my trade was with between 4000-4500. The offer in trade I got was half of that. When I told Dave the book value was more than that I was told "We don't go by book, we go by what we can get at auction." I asked them to come down on the price of the car to compensate, but he offered $500...on a $20K car. We said that wouldn't work and by the time we had stood up, he had another couple in our seats. It was definitely a vibe of "take our deal or move on". So we moved on. More
