cheap prizes no customer service I recently purchased a scion frs from this dealership there prices were much lower then everyone else and there interest rates were very good. With that aside you get what you pay for, cheap prices= poor customer service I was promised many things from this place upon delivery of my car and never got one of them 1)I was promised a full tank of gas got car on empty 2) promised a spare key fab never got 3) promised check engine light would be fixed and taken care of that was also never done 4) promised car would be registered with plates transferred also never done. I've had this car now over a month and cannot register it or inspect due to check engine light being on also cannot get it fixed because no dealership will look at a car that's not registered buyer beware this place pushes allot of cars at low prices and does not care about retaining future business once you buy you are forgotten!! More

He just stuck the paper in front of me with no explanation as to what it was. I thought I was financing 20000.00, but it ended up being 23000.00 and I still don't know what the extra 1900.00 add on was for. More

Car buying can be intimidating and painful to say the least, but my last 3 experiences have been nothing short of pleasant and easy. The best & easiest car buying experience I've ever had I needed to replace my old car and my girlfriend took me to Bourne's Auto because she said it was the best place to go. David Pair was very low key and enjoyable to work with. I saw a 2009 Grand Caravan on line and came into the dealership for a test drive. It was waiting and ready for me. The vehicle tested well so I boug I saw a 2009 Grand Caravan on line and came into the dealership for a test drive. It was waiting and ready for me.
