At the time, the vehicle was "in transit" so we weren't able to see it right away but we were able to leave a deposit to put the vehicle on hold and then saw it 2 days later. It was exactly as advertised and our sales rep, David Pair, made the process of trading in our old vehicle and buying this one incredibly easy. We especially appreciated his demeanor and his ability to answer all of our questions thoughtfully and quickly. He was honest and didn't try to push us into making a purchase. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a hassle free buying experience. More

2nd Excellent Experience We had such a great experience with our first purchase from Bourne's, we went back and purchased a second vehicle. This time we purchased a 2011 Audi We had such a great experience with our first purchase from Bourne's, we went back and purchased a second vehicle. This time we purchased a 2011 Audi Q5. The entire experience was exceptional from beginning to end. The car looks and runs like it we just drove it out of a show room and we purchased the vehicle with just under 45k on it. It now has over 67k and still runs excellent. Our service advisor for this purchase was David Pair and we could not be more pleased with the experience. What I love about Bourne's is that if you are looking to get into the luxury market and do not want to pay the luxury price tag then Bourne's is the place to go. The "no-haggle" prices are often below book value so you get a great deal at a very reasonable price. Tim & Sherry More

Overall great experience I don't like car shopping. Bournes changes that experience. And, David Pair makes it even better. After searching online I went to Bourne on a Saturday to look at two cars I was interested in. David Pair helped me out and he is awesome! Very friendly, not at all pushy, and happy to answer all of my questions. Andrew Gesner helped me out with the financing, he is great too. He is very detailed when explaining the loans and forms and is very knowledgeable. David has been awesome even after I drove my car off the lot, responding quickly to any questions I emailed him. I am so happy that I bought my car at Bourne I highly recommend them and will be sure to tell anyone else I know looking for a car that this is the place to go when you want a good deal and excellent customer service!
