David Pair, my first and last connection with Bourne's, is a type of salesperson, I wish every car dealership had the luxury of having. He was able to understand my needs and was able to answer all my questions effectively. I am, therefore, not surprised in him owning an award plaque of having sold more than 2000 cars at that dealership in last so many years. Carlos, in the Finance department was courteous and professional. He was helpful and his attitude was also very appropriate. More

I felt no pressure throughout the buying process. The employees Andrew Gesner and David Pair answered all my questions and made everything extremely simple. There was no haggaling over price because their prices are the lowest around. I was able to test drive any car I liked on my own, making the purchase decision simple. Once I found the vehicle I liked, the process was easy and fast, with nearly everything being taken care of for me. I already have recommended Bourne's to close family and friends, and would recommend it to anyone looking to buy a used car. I am thankful for the honesty and quality of this dealership. More

I recently purchased my second car from David Pair who is always helpful and thorough. There is clearly a team effort approach and they do care about the customer and ensuring you are completely satisfied throughout the process including when you drive away which is unlike some dealerships who only care about the sale. In addition to David, Seng Pell, Shawn Saunders and Carlos Machado from Finance made this a tremendous experience. Our family is thrilled with the car and I can say freely that this is the only dealership where I will purchase cars in the future. More

Very impressive with the Customer Service with a good price I found Bourne's' Auto from Edmund.com when I was searching to buy a lightly used vehicle(2011 Nissan Rogue SL). I requested a test drive appointment I found Bourne's' Auto from Edmund.com when I was searching to buy a lightly used vehicle(2011 Nissan Rogue SL). I requested a test drive appointment via the website. I got a call from Dave Pair the next business day and got to test drive the vehicle the same day during my lunch time. Also, I had my older Maxima appraised for the trade-in. I actually the NO Hassel price from Bounes because it saved a lot of my time on the number game other dealership plays. I put down my $300 refundable deposit over the phone. Next, I setup another appointment to have the Vehicle checked out by my own mechanic. Dave was so awesome to make it happened for me(I was very impressive). They brought the Rogue to my mechanic to check out. They fixed the minor oil leakage in the shop, but I still wanted the vehicle. So, I moved forward with paper work, etc. I enjoyed the responsive customer service Dave provided. No Sales pressure; he is very straight forward. If you don't like the price or the vehicle, you can just walk away. No persuasion from their end; very professional. I will recommend Dave Pair to my friends and neighbors; BTW, Andrew was very professional as well for the financial paperwork. More

Great experience! I've purchased many cars over the years, but this was by far the most pleasurable experience. David is an asset to the company, He knows the product and wants to be sure that you receive a good car. On my test drive, I noticed a small vibration @ 60 mph. Upon return, I mentioned this to David and then proceeded to purchase the vehicle. The next day I picked up the vehicle to find that they not only balanced the tires, but they had replaced both front rotors. This extraordinary commitment to quality and customer satisfaction puts them far above other used car lots. I have already recommended Bourne Auto to my co-workers & I'll definitely look there first for my next vehicle purchase. More

Unlike your regular car dealerships Personally, I don't like car shopping. At Bourne's, however, my experiences have been great. I have gotten 2 cars with them, the reason I went back the second time is because of such a great experience buying the first vehicle. Great people to work with, they don't smother you or try and haggle with you, efficient service and very efficient in getting the car on the road for you right away. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. More
