Good experience In my opinion Jeff Belzers is all about volume so you don't get the personal service you may get with other smaller dealerships. They have a "process" In my opinion Jeff Belzers is all about volume so you don't get the personal service you may get with other smaller dealerships. They have a "process" they apparently go by. For example, they couldn't evaluate my trade in (which was next to nothing anyway) and do a loan app at same time. While the loan app was NOT dependent on the value of the trade in, there was a specific order that I was told they needed to follow, which just takes more time sitting around and waiting. If looking strictly at price I believe they are very competitive. David Petryszyn was my salesman. He was friendly, upfront and fair. No complaints. Casey Kleis did the closing - he was great! After closing, Ethan (?) took some time to show me some of the electronic features and how to set up Onstar, radio, etc on my Yukon XL. That was a great service, although he needs to be a little more cognizant of social distancing. More
