Very well satisfied! John was extremely attentive to making sure I was comfortable with my 2019 Impreza. Couldn't have picked a better Subaru dealer! Went in today to meet with John DePalma to go over all the features of my new car. He sat in my car with me for an hour and went through all the features of my new 2019 Crosstrek! He really knows his stuff about Subarus! I've met many friends who don't know how to use half the features in their new car. This one hour, no strings attached appointment was well worth my time. From start to finish, my experience at this dealership has been A+. Couldn't be happier! More

Encore Delivery Experience I would highly recommend Freehold Subaru. John was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions, even some we did not ask yet! It was so I would highly recommend Freehold Subaru. John was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions, even some we did not ask yet! It was so helpful to drive the car for a few weeks and then go over everything again. Also, our sales person Lester Soto was the best we have dealt with in all of our car buying experiences! Everyone at the dealership that we have dealt with so far has been great, including the finance person, David Poyner! Our first, but not our last Subaru, we would recommend this dealership to all!
