From the moment I walked into the dealership, there were no pushy salespeople bugging you or following you. Our salesperson, Yuliya, was phenomenal and extremely knowledgeable. She answered all my questions without having to ask other people and went thru the car's features like a pro! The dealership was very accommodating in that I wanted to wait fro my car to come in and during that waiting time, Yuliya was extremely prompt and thorough in answering my emails!. Easiest car buying experience I ever had! Highly recommend Freehold Subaru & Dodge and highly recommend Yuliya Shvartsman! More

The best car buying experience I’ve ever had This is my third Subaru Outback and I had never purchased from Freehold Subaru before. My reason for going there this time was because I took my last This is my third Subaru Outback and I had never purchased from Freehold Subaru before. My reason for going there this time was because I took my last Outback there for service and I was so happy with the staff and their customer service. Let me just say first that my husband and I were involved in a very serious three car accident recently while driving my Outback and, other than some bruises I received, we both walked away without a scratch. Because of this, I will be a Subaru customer for life. We were greeted by PJ Degrande when we arrived at Freehold Subaru. He asked if he could help us and we said we were interested in an Outback. He took us inside and I saw a different model in the color I was hoping to get. We sat at his desk while PJ looked up their inventory and said they had the color I wanted. PJ brought the car around and we took it out for a drive. Within five minutes I told my husband that was the car I wanted. We went back to the dealership and PJ and my husband talked numbers. This Outback has many more features than my previous Outback, which was two years old, so my husband was very happy that PJ was able to work the numbers so that our monthly payment was exactly what it was for our last Outback. From start to finish the whole process took less than 2.5 hours and we were out the door with our new Outback. PJ was wonderful throughout the whole process, very personable and so pleasant to work with. As we sat, I occasionally looked around and was amazed at how busy the dealership was. Every salesman was busy with customers and there were no less than four customers at any given time. This was seriously the best car shopping/buying experience I’ve ever had. Everyone at Freehold Subaru was so pleasant and friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be going back to Freehold Subaru for any future cars and we have been telling everyone about PJ and the great experience we had there. More
