Everyone, from the General Manager, Steve Boyce, to salesman Mike Moursy, to John DePalma, who gave a thorough lesson in the technology of the vehicle, has been very open, forthcoming and top-notch at putting their customers at ease. I have always felt very secure in using their service department as well, as they service your vehicle without making you feel you are spending too much and buying unnecessary extras. I have never felt this way at a dealership before! This has been my constant experience, every time I brought my Legacy in for servicing.
