Took over an hour and a half for oil change and tire rotation with an appointment. I had my small children with me that I was trying to keep occupied. After the second time we walked around the car lot outside (an hour and a half after my appointment), we noticed my car parked on the side of the building. I went inside and asked the lady at the register if it was finished and if I could go ahead and pay. When she called to the service desk, it was ready. I do not know how long my vehicle had been ready or how long I would have kept waiting if we had not spotted my vehicle. It is not easy keeping two small children occupied for that amount of time especially when my vehicle was finished. More
