Our salesperson, Andrew Kitchens, was relaxed and straightforward. Took us on a couple of test drives on two different days, and though he offered the models on the lot, was more than happy to accept our order for the exact model/specs directly from the factory. Arrived 6 weeks later. Scheduled a pick up, had a reasonably quick paperwork session with the financial rep (who didn't pressure too much with the add-ons), and drove off in our freshly cleaned car after a walk-through of all of its features. Andrew has followed up by phone weekly just to see if we have any questions. A great experience! More
