I bought my 2007 Subaru Forester from Trevor Jeffrey 10 years ago, and after 10 years of awesome assistance from Kamal, Jean, and team in the service I bought my 2007 Subaru Forester from Trevor Jeffrey 10 years ago, and after 10 years of awesome assistance from Kamal, Jean, and team in the service department, it was time to trade it in for a new model. I went back in after talking to David Roman and to my happiness, Trevor Jeffrey was still there and just as helpful as ever! He got me rolling out in a brand new 2017 Subaru Forester Premium that I really enjoy, and the car-buying experience was definitely hassle-free. I knew what I wanted, and he and his team (Orlando, Chad, and Justin) helped me get it at the rate that I needed. I even had a couple of things I needed removed from my trade-in and added to the new car, and Kamal, Jean, and team quickly made all of the necessary changes while I waited to sign final paperwork. Excellent work all around, and I hope to still see all of them at the dealership for a good long while! More

Internet deal. Everything was as presented. I worked with Christine Brightwell (Internet sales), her Mgr David Roman (when she was off) & Edwin in Finance. From start to finish, they were courteous, operated with integrity (what!? Integrity in the car business?- Yep! ), got back to me promptly, and held my nervous hand the entire time. EVERYTHING was as presented to me on the phone and over email. And I added extra sport items at the last minute and they rushed to order them in and installed before my pick-up time. And made Sure my phone synced with the car system...which took a bit of time....out in the 101° degree Orlando day. I'm thrilled with my 2017 Subaru Crosstrek. Thanks much all at Sport Subaru! More
