This had to be one of my worse experiences ever. The new car sales manager I thought was arrogant and really didn’t care if he got my business or not and when he did I was even less a priority. My new vehic car sales manager I thought was arrogant and really didn’t care if he got my business or not and when he did I was even less a priority. My new vehicle had some sort of drink stains on the councel when I went to pick it up. The accessories I had added to the vehicle weren’t installed properly and are still in poor working order. The whole staff just seemed to have little care for their customers. More

The staff is very welcoming and kind. You don't feel pressured into something you don't want and they go out of their way to get you what you want. I've purchased 2 vehicles from Dave Shepard now and he pressured into something you don't want and they go out of their way to get you what you want. I've purchased 2 vehicles from Dave Shepard now and he always makes a point to come say hi everytime I'm there for service. It wasn't the cheapest quote we got but the experience was and is worth the little extra money spent.The service department is also friendly and stay on top of any recalls. More
