David Stone has been married to his wife, Kelli, for 30 years. They have two children, Zack and Samantha. David was raised in Bellbrook, Ohio. He enjoys spending his time in church, playing shooting sports, camping, and fishing. His favorite vehicle is his very own 2010 Nissan Titan PRO-4X. He has been in the auto industry for 19 years. Undecided I think I must have missed something, why do I waste my time to open the Nissan Web page, check the items I need completed on my Nissan Rogue only to I think I must have missed something, why do I waste my time to open the Nissan Web page, check the items I need completed on my Nissan Rogue only to arrive and have the service person to ask me what I need done today. Somebody needs to shake the rocks around, you have my name, the make and color of the Rogue!! I guess the personal touch ends after the sales! I have been promised a wash, still have not got it. I ask service people to check driver side window, well, I don't know if it happened or not, I told one service person, but when I asked about it to the other service person, this individual had to go back to ask, guess it was not to important to them, because was not on the sheet. Newton Nissan just "keeps on pleasing" customers My wife and I just attended a "service seminar" for recent buyers which turned out to be very informative. They also were generous enough to provide My wife and I just attended a "service seminar" for recent buyers which turned out to be very informative. They also were generous enough to provide a great BBQ dinner for their guests. I bought a Frontier from Moses Dumas in October 2014. I'm a "slow to buy" buyer, and as I went back to look at vehicles a couple more times, when Moses wasn't there, Tim Clark and Bengimen Farmer were kind enough to help me. They just seemed to work like a "well oiled team"! Tonight, Dave Daniels, the service mgr, lead us on a tour of the facility, and I found out more that I didn't know that they could do to keep my truck running for many years. Bottom line, these people are out for Customer Service and are achieving it! More
