Do every service with these folks, plus I have the oil change.tire rotation package. Bought it for 45K miles and renewed for 75K, so I am in in for the long haul. Have absolutely loved my total experience. David in Service is exceptional in every way. Trust him implicitly. On my last visit, the check out girl (don't know her name) charged me $35 (took it out of my rewards account), said it was the sales tax for the master brake cylinder that was replaced under warranty. I didn't question it. But when I got home, I saw it was for the oil change, which is covered in my plan. I called David, and he took care of it immediately, crediting my rewards account with the overcharge. So, even with this little slip, I am still a fan. Accidents happen, and David made it right immediately. More

Great Customer Service I recently moved here from Memphis, TN and needed a 4 wheel alignment and 2 front tires on my 04’ G35. I ask my neighbor who he would recommend (his I recently moved here from Memphis, TN and needed a 4 wheel alignment and 2 front tires on my 04’ G35. I ask my neighbor who he would recommend (his sons drive Nissans) he said Newton would be the place to go. He was right; the level of service was excellent. I met with Daniel the assistant service manager and he introduced me to David Stone (service advisor) and told me that this would be my go-to guy. When I picked up my car I could see that they washed and it was at night by the way. The second surprise when I got in the car was they had vacuumed floors and cleaned the interior. As I was driving off that’s when I noticed the third surprise they had even cleaned the inside rear window and that window is not easy for someone with back problems to clean. It’s the details that make them Number 1, I know that I have found the professionals that I want working on my car at Newton’s Nissan. Thanks again.
