Service manager David was really helpful and showed that he valued my business to the point that I cancelled my appointment at a different more conveniently located dealership, in order to visit Lou Sobh Ho he valued my business to the point that I cancelled my appointment at a different more conveniently located dealership, in order to visit Lou Sobh Honda in Cumming, Ga. Even though the service department was closed and David was by himself, he still took the time to listen, recommend and work around obstacles to help me be a lifelong customer. At the dealership, service expert, Talin, was equally helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming. He made sincere recommendations based on my vehicle and family needs and went above and beyond to get everything taken care off. Definitely will be returning to Talin and David for all my new elite Honda odyssey’s service needs, including future cars that my family will be needing bc we are loyal to Honda. Very hard to find service managers and service experts that actually care and value each customer. More

Even though the dealership told the price is less than any other place, it was higher than some of the dealership and outside prices. Since I was committed to do service I proceeded with them.
