Fast Friendly Service Justin Britt the Service Adviser did extremely well with getting the service work completed on my new 2016 Civic. I came in at 3pm on Tuesday and it Justin Britt the Service Adviser did extremely well with getting the service work completed on my new 2016 Civic. I came in at 3pm on Tuesday and it was very busy, however Justin gave me fast service and a time estimate of 1hr 30 minutes. Over all he beat the time by 5 minutes and was very polite in forming me of services completed and the prices for each thing done. Again i want to thank Lou Sobh Honda and the tech team for being fast and getting me in and out same day without any issues. More

Repairs to a used car (2007 Honda Accord) I had numerous problems with this vehicle, it seems primarily because the previous owner did not observe proper maintenance. Dave and the team were able to address the various issues I had with the car until finally determining faulty maintenance observance have put the car in such an unknown state as to every day is an adventure. Based on the team's expert advice, I was able to address the problem by replacing the vehicle. More

Kim Carr, my Sales Consultant, was a delight to work with; she knows a lot about Hondas, enjoyed the search with me, and found the car of my dreams! David Kellam, General Sales Mgr., "worked the numbers" to make sure this car was affordable for me. David Wikle, Service & Parts Director, made sure his mechanics and detail people left no stone unturned when going through all check points of the car before I left the Dealership.....I always have peace of mind knowing I can return to David Wikle if something concerns me. He's fair & will take care of it. (Lou Sobh Honda, managed by Mike Sobh, Vice President & General Mgr., makes sure his customers are taken care of!) The greeting received from the Receptionists at the Front Desk is sincere, and makes me feel welcomed. The Service Receptionists take an interest in their work and get back to me with any questions I have. When you enter Lou Sobh Honda, you will never find Sales People "chomping at the bit" to get to you so that they can make a quick sale! This is the Honesty & Integrity of LOU SOBH HONDA! More
