I had an appointment for 2:30 PM to meet with "any service advisor". I pulled into the second service bay from the service advisor's desks. I waited patiently by my car for about 5 minutes and was on service advisor". I pulled into the second service bay from the service advisor's desks. I waited patiently by my car for about 5 minutes and was only noticed by the tech who came and measured my tire tread depth. I noticed that a car that came in after me but pulled into the service bay closer to the desks got prompt assistance while I still waited. Finally I was noticed by David Wikle, a manager, and he took my keys and sent me to the waiting room. He promised me a free tire rotation and a $10 discount for my trouble. Ryan came quickly to find me and explained everything that was to happen and that they would be through in about an hour. In about that time Ryan came and got me; the checkout process was quick and everything done was explained. The car was brought around in about another 5 minutes and I was on my way home by 4 PM. More
