The purchase process went very smoothly and John did a great job in moving the process along quickly and painlessly. He and Davis did a great job showing me the ins/outs of the cars operations and technol great job in moving the process along quickly and painlessly. He and Davis did a great job showing me the ins/outs of the cars operations and technological capabilities. The only downside to the process was the financial closing. I felt that there was a lot of pressure to purchase the extended warranties and other packages "on the spot" without a lot of time to fully consider the options. I think the dealership would be better served by providing those costs and options before the sale is agreed - in the spirit of "Full Transparency." More

Davis is an exceptional person. I called to the dealership to inquire about several of the models and the interest rates. When I visited the dealership Davis showed me the cars that were in stock and informed me that if the car that I wish to have was not there that he could order it for me. Long story short, my new car was delivered and I took possession of it yesterday. Davis commitment to his job should be commended. My overall experience working with his was outstanding! More
