Buying my car at this dealership was a nice experience. Emre is an excellent salesperson, he will do everything to find the right car for you and make sure you can drive it home the same day. From present Emre is an excellent salesperson, he will do everything to find the right car for you and make sure you can drive it home the same day. From presenting the car to the test drive, he was very professional and helpful. Davis from the finance department is very detailed, he explained everything clearly and went through each item step by step, which made the process smooth and transparent. Since the used car I purchased had some issues, Mohammad and Emre went above and beyond to support me. Mohammad kept me updated, listened carefully to all my concerns, and made sure I was satisfied with the resolution. Overall, even though I have doubts that my car was thoroughly inspected before I purchased it, the team was willing to listen to my concerns and opened a ticket to address everything I pointed out. In the end, even though I still believe the car might have some electrical (ECU) issues, they committed to fixing it for me. I will update this review with further comments regarding the service once the work is completed. More
