I generally love Lexus cars and this dealer. I was told that a break repair would be complete by a certain time after indicating that I had a firm commitment at a specific time. It was unfortun I was told that a break repair would be complete by a certain time after indicating that I had a firm commitment at a specific time. It was unfortunate that the repair took approximately an hour more than what I was told it would take resulting in me missing my commitment. More
