First Service Here This was my first service at this location as I recently relocated. I’ve owned my vehicle for approximately a year and I was nervous to be switching. This was my first service at this location as I recently relocated. I’ve owned my vehicle for approximately a year and I was nervous to be switching. I will tell you that my entire experience even with the joyful shuttle driver was perfect I don’t ever remember leaving my other dealership feeling like I did at this one. Also, my service was completed, along with the recall repair, 2 hours before the estimated completion time. Thank you I am happy to have found a new Toyota home More

The dealership made me miss a warranty check after My last warranty check, which I have never missed in two years, the sticker that was placed in my window indicated I return in September for the after My last warranty check, which I have never missed in two years, the sticker that was placed in my window indicated I return in September for the 25,000 check. When I returned for my scheduled appointment, Dean, in service said I should have returned in August and therefore missed my deadline for that service visit and he closed it. He then told me they would do the 35,000 mile warranty check instead. Well, now I missed a visit due to your error, I asked Dean to make sure that I am scheduled for the correct date so that I do not miss another warranty service and he said he scheduled me for March, but when I got into my car the sticker said to return in February. So which is it? February or March? And if I come back in March will I have missed my deadline and therefore miss yet another warranty check? I’m not happy. More

Been coming here for years I purchased my vehicle from this dealership and have been returning for service ever since. They are a no hassle, no push service and I really appreci I purchased my vehicle from this dealership and have been returning for service ever since. They are a no hassle, no push service and I really appreciate that. They offer recommendations and are transparent with costs and what they are servicing. We really like this dealership and at the beginning of the year we purchased our second vehicle from them. Although cost wise may be a little higher, I know that I am getting a great value with stock parts and their warranty. More

Emergency in & out in about an hour 12 volt battery on 2015 Prius (didn't know I had 1) died. Called Larry Miller Service (I don't recall who I spoke with so I can't give them credit) a 12 volt battery on 2015 Prius (didn't know I had 1) died. Called Larry Miller Service (I don't recall who I spoke with so I can't give them credit) and they said call my roadside assistance for a jump and then bring it right in - didn't need an appointment. Got right in after AAA jumped it & Larry Miller replaced it. Still under warranty - lucky me! I was in & out in about an hour. More
