Steve Heinking, Excellence in Service! I have never been to an auto service center like this. Steve Heinking and his staff treat you like family when you walk in the door. I have never had a situation in which they haven't given every attention to detail to make my experience the best ever. I don't like handing over the keys to my vehicles, but I can rest assured that when I pull into MB of St. Charles, they will do everything in their power to make things right. More

GM truly cares about customer service We purchased a pre-own E350 and realized that there was a vibration when breaking. I contacted the general manager Craig Falkenthal and he spoke to se We purchased a pre-own E350 and realized that there was a vibration when breaking. I contacted the general manager Craig Falkenthal and he spoke to service, they set up a time for us to bring in the vehicle. They provided a loaner and handled the repairs. We are very pleased and will be customer for a long time. Dean Pontrelli in service was great, very professional , made sure we were satisfied and happy with the results. My wife and I are very happy with the service experience. More

The screw that ended the life of my tire Jack met me with roadside assistance and was as pleasant as any person could possibly be. It was the coldest day during the polar vortex - I dreaded bring my car in but really need to and I had scheduled it - everyone was in a great mood and just pulling together to get through...with the dreaded bring my car in but really need to and I had scheduled it - everyone was in a great mood and just pulling together to get through...with the cold the parts took much longer to get and I was without my car much longer than expected - however each day I was called and updated - with an apology (which was kind but I did have a loaner) I just truely appreciated the honesty and consideration of my time given daily. I keep coming back because Dean Pontrelli makes my experience as smooth as possible. We live in the same town that is 45 minutes from St. Charles Mercedes so he picks my car up and brings me a loaner experience as smooth as possible. I have the given the ratings above because I thought the customer service I received was FANTASTIC! I did not have an appointment but my window was stuck and it was very cold outside. Dean was very empath customer service I received was FANTASTIC! I did not have an appointment but my window was stuck and it was very cold outside. Dean was very empathic and found someone to drive me to work so that I would not be late and had my car repaired by the end of the day. He then had someone pick me up. I could not be happier! More
