We feel totally confident when we bring our vehicle to Mercedes Benz of St. Charles. Our car is in great hands. Dean, the Service Advisor, did a wonderful job of educating us on what services are coming Mercedes Benz of St. Charles. Our car is in great hands. Dean, the Service Advisor, did a wonderful job of educating us on what services are coming up and the associated approximate costs for them. We are so grateful and feel like we can plan forward appropriately. We are very grateful for Dean's customer service and the dealership overall. Our only comment for improvement was the wait (40 minutes) between arrival for service and meeting with a Service Advisor. With that being said, it is a wonderful, comfortable atmosphere to be in while waiting. The lounge is a wonderful, clean space with a news channel on the tv and a beverage counter too. Thank you! More

Everyone was very pleasant. Explained what the service entailed and was on-time based upon the estimation. Nice group of people. The place was very clean. The waiting room had coffee and water and a TV t entailed and was on-time based upon the estimation. Nice group of people. The place was very clean.
