Calm and efficient, kind and endlessly cheerful when faced with endless questions, and just plain fun to deal with. Outstanding car knowledge that helped with configuring my vehicle considerably. Went to bat for us in an attempt to get an oddball flavor of SC delivery; didn't work, but not for lack of trying. Conor was a more quick interaction but equally helpful and flexible. This was an outstanding car buying experience. More

Although I loved my previous models, Dean really helped me order the exactly "right" car this time -- I got the color I always wanted and the X-drive! My new car is beautiful and I love the LED headlights which are a "game-changer" for those of us who do not have the best night vision. Thank you, Dean, for your guidance and showing me all the features on the New 3! I'd also like to thank Ric and the finance team for making the financing part of the experience a pleasure and very easy! More

I was replacing my car of 11 years and drove several cars that day but BMW was our first stop. The impression we got from the time we entered BMW, met Dean Stathes and drove the 320ix was great! Dean is energetic, knowledgable and helpful without being pushy. Every question was answered as we rode together in the car. (I actually enjoyed Dean riding with us because he was explaining different features as we drove. Very helpful!) Later in his follow-up he continued to give us the information we asked for. I'm very excited about owning my first BMW and I know Dean will be there to answer any questions that might come up. I did contact Jemar Dubose for clarification and he was very helpful and had the answer for me. Great Team! More

Dean quickly After a major vehicle accident (not my BMW), I emailed Dean Stathes which I had previously purchased my wife's 428i a year earlier. Dean quickly provided several options for my wife and I for our second vehicle needs. Already owning a 428I he and Rick Koresky pointed me in the direction of a 228i Xdrive which is more of a car than i could have hoped for! Now we are a two BMW car family! This dealership is a step above the others with no sales pressure and the willingness to do what is right for the customer! More
