She was fun and super enthusiastic about their cars and company, so my experience matched everything I had read and heard about the company and their products. Overall, Ms. Bravo truly listened to my needs and the needs of my husband. She treated me like a human being, not a person of potential commission. At 67 years old, I had NEVER purchased a new car, and she took the time to re-explain features that I had no awareness of, let alone knowledge! I can't say enough nice things about her AND Mr. Curt McHenry, the Finance Manager! Both of them are so kind and professional, with the clarity and patience of a saint!
