I had already done my research online prior to heading out to Tucson Subaru last Monday. I met Deborah on the lot and I asked her about the two different outbacks. Debbie, Louie, and CJ were all awesome to work with starting from an online contact with CJ inquiring on some STI models that were in stock. CJ was quick to respond and super happy to answer any que starting from an online contact with CJ inquiring on some STI models that were in stock. CJ was quick to respond and super happy to answer any questions and let me know things I didn't know about the sports car. Debbie in sales was great to talk with, look at the car, and help me with anything I needed when it came to my trade-in, as well as the STI I wound up purchasing. Louie was super helpful when it came to the financing aspect, and explained every form I would go through, as well as the benefits and drawbacks of all of the optional extras you can get after the sale. 10/10 experience. I will refer friends to Debbie and CJ in the future if I think they're in the market for a new car. More
