Service center personnel were great. I had a serious safety with the 48v battery system. My Mercedes dispatcher and follow up personnel were useless.My Mercedes sent 10 emails with instructions which safety with the 48v battery system. My Mercedes dispatcher and follow up personnel were useless.My Mercedes sent 10 emails with instructions which were incorrect and, had I followed those instructions, my transmission would have been severely damaged. My Mercedes rates a 0!! There were no competent personnel in the entire transact.Had I not been involved, I would have serious issues with my car! Please call More
