In my 56 years of interactions with car dealerships this is by far the Mercedes-Benz of Columbus over the internet and arranged pick up the next day. In my 56 years of interactions with car dealerships this is by far the best dealership I have ever purchased from. Evelyn was on the ball and communicated quickly answering all of my questions and providing pictures and details before I arrived. I paid for the car and was on my way home within 20 minutes of arriving! Also the dealership had an amazing selection of Mercedes and other higher end pre-owned vehicles. Also a shoutout out to Debi Lewis the Sales Manager who was very helpful and made sure I was on my way quickly. Even though I live hours away I will shop with Mercedes-Benz of Columbus first the next time I need a great car! More

Issue- Dead battery and supporting systems. Mercedes help dispatched 2 wreckers which I refused to allow to tow. Mercedes should have known the problem and dispatched the service manager immediately.
