I’m very glad I decided to bring my BMW to Flemington to ensure my vehicle wil had, which was a lot. The level of service offered was second to none. Flemington BMW quality of service has dropped over the years I thought the service rep was unknowledgeable about my car (M4 with 12k miles) and tried to sell me not-needed services based solely on time-lapsed wi I thought the service rep was unknowledgeable about my car (M4 with 12k miles) and tried to sell me not-needed services based solely on time-lapsed without taking into consideration mileage or how the car has been driven. Also this was after she let me know that my expensive service plan that was hardly used expired a month ago (during Covid) with no notification. To add insult, I asked for a trade in price and they scribbled a number at the top of the invoice that was well below market value or a price I can get on the internet sight unseen, without any explanation, discussion, report, or follow-up. So now that my service plan has expired and they are not interested in a trade-in, I guess there is no reason for me to go to Flemington BMW anymore! More

I’ve dealt with 4 BMW service departments 3 in New Jersey and 1 in Chicago. Debra by far is the best advisor I’ve have dealt with as for the technicians. Disappointed I have been a longtime customer of Flemington BMW, an important reason being the professionalism of the service department and the courtesy shown to m I have been a longtime customer of Flemington BMW, an important reason being the professionalism of the service department and the courtesy shown to me without exception in the past. My experience this time was not the same. When I brought my car in, I realized that I had not properly understood the recent requirement to have available copies of my driver’s license/insurance card. Instead of understanding that sometimes people make mistakes, I felt being interrogated like a child (I am 67 years old) so as to make sure I understood that it was my mistake. Eventually, Debra did accommodate me, but not before letting me know I may not get a loaner as I had asked. The interaction had left me with a bad taste. More

I must admit, I was blown away at just the immense of great ene BMW OF FLEMINGTON! Flemington BMW truly lives up to the their standards and promises. I must admit, I was blown away at just the immense of great energy walking through the door. No matter what department you were in or happen to be there for,...someone was there "genuinely" to go out of their way to help you! I find that to be very pleasing because that's something you cannot find everywhere. But however, I would like to in addition point out someone in particular....Debra Lam. Now, I hardly ever write reviews but Debra is and was exceptionally wonderful! She's kind, sweet, patient, and very knowledgeable! She handled my service issues with my 2013 750xi BMW with such grace. She made my first experience to Flemington BMW one I'll never forget. Debra and the rest of the great staff are the reason I will now make here my new home. Thank you all at BMW of Flemington! Keep up the extremely good work and attention to detail you all possess! I just picked up my new-to-me convertible today from Flemington BMW. Anthony and Cathy worked together to provide professional service and ensure I was completely happy with my new car and the terms of Flemington BMW. Anthony and Cathy worked together to provide professional service and ensure I was completely happy with my new car and the terms of the deal. I purchased a certified pre-owned 2 series, but they gave me the attention one would expect buying a brand new 6 series. On top of that, Anthony, Cathy, and th shop crew worked hard to prepare the vehicle in time to meet my need to drive home, several states away. The attention, respect, and service I received from every individual at Flemington BMW stands in stark contrast to my experience at another NJ BMW dealership. As a bonus, everyone I met has a good sense of humor and a friendly demeanor. By and large, a BMW costs what it costs. You might as well buy it from good people who will make you smile while you hand over your money. Although I live 6 hours away, I would readily buy my next car from Anthony and Flemington BMW. More
