He has helped the department grow to include include four experienced service advisors and eleven technicians. He is most proud of mentoring his son, Mike Jr., who works for him at the dealership following the family tradition of Riccardi's working for Flemington Car and Truck.

I have been a customer of Flemington BMW since 2007 after being dissatisfied with Open Road in Edison, NJ, where I purchased a 3 series. I had that car serviced at Flemington and now have purchased 2 vehicle being dissatisfied with Open Road in Edison, NJ, where I purchased a 3 series. I had that car serviced at Flemington and now have purchased 2 vehicles from Flemington. Service advisors are credible and reliable. I am disappointed, however, that the technicians didn’t find the TurboCharger problem when the car was serviced two weeks before it failed. I wasted over $1700 on brakes and a battery. No consideration was given in my next purchase. Anatoliy was a very good Sales Advisor. He was straightforward when I needed to buy the latest vehicle unexpectedly. He has been conscientious in following up on a window problem that became evident immediately. Of course, I wish the problem had been spotted before the car was delivered to me. More

My wife and I have been customers of Flemington BMW since 2009. They are always customer focused and our go to dealer for anything BMW related. I am trading in my 2010 BMW 535XI and just bought a new BM 2009. They are always customer focused and our go to dealer for anything BMW related. I am trading in my 2010 BMW 535XI and just bought a new BMW 340XI from them. Whether it is a service issue where Mike Riccardi, Sr and his team Trini or Laura get my issue resolved, or sales working with Ed Kiley, Connor Maloney who knows the product and Diane Barry who is trying to save me money. I trust them completely. Anyone shopping for a BMW should give them a look! More

This is for service department only…Bought 20 cars from Flemington. BMW Service the worst. Long wait time to get my car in to the service department even though I was the only one on line. Service writer when I made appointment lied to me regarding the cost of my FREE maintenance plan. Paid for tire and wheel protection, lied to on that as well. Bring your car somewhere else for service. The staff in the service department is horrible. More
