Second visit in one year. 1st service was a warranty issue and I elected to drop off my truck. This visit was a simple service, oil and filter change with fluid and tire ch 1st service was a warranty issue and I elected to drop off my truck. This visit was a simple service, oil and filter change with fluid and tire checks. During the call to schedule i asked about wait time and was given a window of approximately 2-2.5 hrs. Day of service was informed several shop employees quit alone with the service supervisor. Not sure how much the GM or Service Manager are involved but seems they need to provide the department a lot more attention. 4.5 hours for this service. !!!! Your computer/text system shows vehicle being inspected and vehicle is outside. Come to find it is complete! When I don't know!! So if ya'll want a positive review and word of mouth. Fix the issue. More

I was not told how much it was going to cost JUST to have them look at something, MIND YOU I JUST bought this car and was told it was a bumper to bumper extended warranty. If I would have known it was going them look at something, MIND YOU I JUST bought this car and was told it was a bumper to bumper extended warranty. If I would have known it was going to cost $160 I would HAVE NOT EVEN bothered having them look at it…. Need to be telling people these things especially when I’m paying EXTRAAAA for a bumper to bumper warranty. I am NOT happy with this dealership right now. More
