Made a 7:30 am appointment was fourth in line before 7 am for tire rod Lt /Rt front plus four new tires with wheel alignment I emphasized needed to be out before 12 pm needed to be to work. Walked around pro for tire rod Lt /Rt front plus four new tires with wheel alignment I emphasized needed to be out before 12 pm needed to be to work. Walked around property and in back outside was my car approximately 10:30 am went inside asked why my car in back outside untouched. Give me my car. They took it promised I would be done by 12 didn’t get my car until 1 pm a rush job my nitro fill tire pressure is out of whack different psi in each bran new tires didn’t receive a video of broken tire rods just a video of it place down on ground not lifted. Unacceptable I am a loyal Chevrolet dealer was with Hall stayed with you guys Southern. I believe in getting repairs with whom the car is made with skilled knowledgeable Technicians who specialize in GM Chevrolet My car is a 2014 Chevrolet Impala Limited paid for. Estimated 167,000 miles frequently changed oil every 3 to 5000 miles tried to stay updated on maintenance what is the point of appointments. Oooo P.S Quick Lane Express oil change Southern Chevrolet says no appointment necessary then switched to appointments needed. Unprofessional my opinion. I will be changing my own oil at my house. I would prefer Southern to do it because of a video report card what’s might be needed or looked at. More
