Everything I experienced there was top notch. From being greeted to ensuring I was comfortable while waiting for my vehicle. I don’t expect mechanical issues on cars after 6 hours of leaving the lot. I also do not expect new cars to have dents. But things happen and it’s the way it’s handled that matter most to me. The attitude wa leaving the lot. I also do not expect new cars to have dents. But things happen and it’s the way it’s handled that matter most to me. The attitude was almost like this is just normal business. Let’s see if they do any better with the dent. Perhaps I should have gotten a clue when they could not get my name or address correct on paperwork. I should have recognized the lack of attention to detail at that moment. More
