Got a Honda certified used 2021 CRV which I love! I did forget to mention in my Google review that the car was given to me semi cleaned so I had to take it to my car wash and give it a good vacuum and wipe down the interior! Both Delaney and Tyler the finance guy gave me push back when asking about price and the bank approval letter which was annoying as I was about to make a large purchase but overall I’ve always liked valley Honda due to them not having extra B.S fees so I gave them a sale! More

I was a bit anxious when I walked into Valley Honda as my last new car purchase was 12 years ago and I remembered it being very stressful. What an outstanding start for a long term relationship . I selected Delaney Hampton before setting my appointment with her which was a great selection for me . I was not going to stand for any sales pressure or be a quick easy close and what I found was an empathic concern on helping me find the correct vehicle to meet my needs. Delaney Hampton Was so understanding and helpful through this long process of 3 to 4 visits . Her Sales Manager, Katy Meyer was very kind and professional through the process, always thanking me for returning for another look. Delaney was so helpful offering me addition vehicle choices and letting me test drive them . I was considering the Pilot Elite trim but also started considering the Odyssey as the pricing was close. I finally selected the Pilot Elite trim and in RED my first Red car. The final sales close with Delaney , Katy and Ken Negley in financial was the best experience I ever had , I told Ken well now I have to be wrestling with you !, he laughed. Working with Ken was just a wonderful experience as I ever had , never a moment of pressure to buy anything . In closing Delaney took the time to do all the computer setup of the service support programs and review all the buttons and feature operations on the Pilot, trust me the new cars are like iPhone - very complicated at first.
