I have been working with Eric Lovo (Sales) and Delfin Green (Service) for almost three years since we leased our first car. They are very knowledgeable and attentive. This time I had the opportunity to work with Gen Awanohara from the finance department. He was very thorough, attentive and helpful with all the financial questions I had. All of them are exceptional professionals, I highly recommend working with them. More

I went to the dealership not sure what to do, my current BMW I brought in 2016 was hitting its highest mileage. I looked thru the inventory and sent my guy Ron😁 the stock number, when I arrived we signed s BMW I brought in 2016 was hitting its highest mileage. I looked thru the inventory and sent my guy Ron😁 the stock number, when I arrived we signed some documents before meeting my financial advisor Pedro 🥰 these two together were awesome. They knew just how to make me smile. It is an experience I will never forget. I have being coming to this dealership for years ((prior to them renovating to the current and modern facility they have with various BMW I have purchased. First thing comes to mind is loyalty and that is to them renovating to the current and modern facility they have with various BMW I have purchased. First thing comes to mind is loyalty and that is what keeps me coming every time I needed any type of service or repairs I had in the past. Working with Delphin was and is a pleasure; always thoughtful, prompt, responsive and a cool guy; one of the best to get me an appointment and out the door in no time. I also love the idea I get to test out one of the loaners...a way for me to plan for the next ultimate driving machine. More

I didn't expect to see additional 50 miles of mileage, while my car has been waiting in the service department for part delivery. I was told nobody will drive it without reason.
