The outcome ended up being ok, but the process of getting there took a while and lots of stress. I just hope what happened to me, doesn't have to happen to someone else. Hopefully this time around, resources should be over looked before telling a client That a car has a clean car fax when in the end it was a complete lemon. I wish I could explain in detail my horriable experience but, I'll spare them the embarrassment considering in the end, months later, they did make the situation better. Now, I can finally have a safe vehicle to drive my family around in.... and yes, I bought the SAFE car somewhere else!! More

I walked in (well I rode in on my bike) and drive out with my new car a few hours later. Greg made the financing easy to understand and even spoke with my father so we were all on the same page. John even picked up my old car from my house to trade in because it no longer runs. He dropped off my bike at the same time. Everyone was very helpful and I will conduct business in the future. More

I bought a new 2017 Mustang (my first new sports car) and I had a lot of difficult requests as far as what I wanted my monthly payment to be, what exact car I wanted, etc. John found the car I wanted right away, got it from another dealership for me, worked with his sales manager and finance manager (Dell Roderick and Shane Conroy) to get me the exact monthly price I wanted, and got all of it done in an easy, timely manner.
