Honest and Helpful! Jack stood out among several salespeople at other dealerships who contacted me during my internet car search. Before I even visited Heritage, he took time to explain the differen salespeople at other dealerships who contacted me during my internet car search. Before I even visited Heritage, he took time to explain the different EV chargers to me over the phone--even texted me photos of level 1 and 2 chargers, so I could show them to the electrician who was installing my charger. It took a couple of months to find the car I wanted, and when it finally became available, I made sure to buy it from Heritage, just because Jack had been so honest and helpful during the early stage of my inquiries. He found the car I wanted and even went to another dealer to pick it up himself. Other sales guys said "We want to earn your business", but Jack Coco walks the talk. I love my new Kona EV! He explained how Heritage employs a low pressure, volume driven sales approach that relies on salaried professionals to meet the customer need not their personal quota or commission goals. The only time I felt the "sales pitch" was when presented with the extended warranty and cosmetic protection packages. But, our decline was promptly accepted and we moved on promptly. We struck a deal, where I feel we may have bought them the steak and lobster meal, but we didn't end up sending their kids to college!! My way of saying it was a fair deal all the way around. We go more for our buck, and they made a fair profit. If you in the market for a vehicle, give Heritage and Jackie a call. My expectation is you won't regret it More
