The price was amazing and super affordable, but honestly what convinced me to take the trip was the quality customer service. I initially scoped out my car via their online third party chat service. This confirmed with me that the car was still available at Saturday 2am. The service is super convenient and allowed me to know a lot about the car before even calling However, the real service began once I reached out to them directly. When I called, they promptly connected me to their associates and they filled me on all the details. After the call, their e-mail response were prompt and always willing to answer my infinite amount of questions. After details were confirmed I booked my flight. Upon arriving at Baltimore, my sales associate picked me up from airport and gave me a brisk tour of Baltimore (great city). At the dealership, they continued to answer all my questions, provide me assurance on my purchase, and had great conversations. And they made sure I was well hydrated (hydration is key). I have never before been treated this way at a car dealership, and 10/5 stars to come here! More
