He answered all my questions and was supportive throughout the whole buying process. Mr. Twiggs also did not pressure me at all. Even the Finance Manager did not pressure me into buying extended warranties and other typical car products sold at dealerships. When I showed interest in the pre-paid maintenance plan, the Finance Manager informed that I would not save any money and thus would not recommend it to me. What a shock! A dealership that actually looks out for the customer instead of maximizing profits. If you want to buy a Mercedes Benz automobile, I highly recommend you go see Mr. Twiggs. More
