I would never recommend or ever do business with this dealership ever again. The service manager was the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with, and I have worked in customer service for 8 years! They are the type of dealership that once they get the sale they don’t keep their word on things they said they would fix. If you want updates on your car you need to call they never give calls back and the list goes on. I’d give zero stars if possible. Last month I purchased a 2012 BMW X3 and have still not received the permanent plates. The dealer won’t return my calls or voicemails. By Monday I won’t be able to drive the car because the transit registration they gave me will expire. An absolutely terrible situation which is probably going to result in a lawsuit against them. Rude. Once you purchase a used vehicle from these people they pretty much want nothing to do with you after you leave the lot. 2/10 on follow up customer service. I was very pleased when I visited your agency. It was the first time that I had been to your agency. The reason we (my wife and I) stopped was to look at cars. We live in Fairfield and we were going t the first time that I had been to your agency. The reason we (my wife and I) stopped was to look at cars. We live in Fairfield and we were going to Costco’s . I have been telling my wife she should lock at a new car. Her car was a Voivo station wagon and was fifteen years old but had low mileage. We gave her car to our granddaughter that day because we bought a Kia Sportage within a half hour at this quick first visit. This is very unusual for shopping with my wife….she usually has to spend much more time before buying anything but your salesman was good and the car was what she needed .
