I bought my Kia Soul in 2016 so I have been coming here for service for 10 years. I was quoted a specific price and even received a buyer’s order in writing from this dealership. Based on that, I traveled over 300 miles to complete the purchase. When I arrived, I was told the price would order in writing from this dealership. Based on that, I traveled over 300 miles to complete the purchase.
