So when I made my service appointment I was never told that there would be $100 service fee until I got there. I waited for hours had to keep asking why it's taking so long. The CSR didn't know and had to that there would be $100 service fee until I got there. I waited for hours had to keep asking why it's taking so long. The CSR didn't know and had to go physically check why. My car was never fixed instead I have to wait for parts but paid ahead for them . My card was charged twice and took a week to get the money back into my account by my bank bc y'all wouldn't cancel the transaction properly. Of I didn't need this part for my car I would never come back . Which I won't be after this repair is finished. Also the charges for the estimate are so inflated it's ridiculous they want to charge $90 for screwing in a tail light light bulb..get real Kia do better! More
