I did not feel pressured in any way to authorize all of the recommended services at once. We all have budgets we have to live within. Shyla filed the insurance/maintenance claim for me that I purchased through the dealership when I originally bought my Accord. She also made sure my vehicle was serviced on time even when I amended the order at the last minute to include the brake job (at my daughter’s insistence). Shyla also retrieved my handicap placard and other personal items that I had left in my vehicle. I highly recommend Shyla be recognized for her wonderful customer service. I can imagine her training new service reps. I think Shyla will go far in her career. She is a real asset to have at the Honda dealership! Denise also provided excellent service for the loaner vehicle, even turning on the heater for me. She was also friendly and efficient. Thank you all for a positive experience in having my vehicle serviced. More
