The service was excellent! Shyla Saxton was the service representative. She was efficient, respectful, friendly, and obviously knew what she was doing. I did not feel pressured in any way to authorize all of the recommended services at once. We all have budgets we have to live within. Shyla filed the insurance/maintenance claim for me that I purchased through the dealership when I originally bought my Accord. She also made sure my vehicle was serviced on time even when I amended the order at the last minute to include the brake job (at my daughter’s insistence). Shyla also retrieved my handicap placard and other personal items that I had left in my vehicle. I highly recommend Shyla be recognized for her wonderful customer service. I can imagine her training new service reps. I think Shyla will go far in her career. She is a real asset to have at the Honda dealership! Denise also provided excellent service for the loaner vehicle, even turning on the heater for me. She was also friendly and efficient. Thank you all for a positive experience in having my vehicle serviced. More

I needed to visit Manly Honda for a recall on my vehicle. I also had a couple of other concerns I wanted them to check out. I first worked with Jose, the service manger, who was very friendly. Then I got a loaner vehicle from Denise and she was cheerful, quick and efficient in getting me in a vehicle and on my way. Finally Ron managed the service work and called me when my vehicle was ready and closed out my paperwork. Overall a good experience on this visit. More
