They are very customer satisfaction centered. On a Sunday the moon roof on my Ridgeline shattered on the Highway. Major rain was expected starting Monday night and I do not have covered parking. Called the service department first thing Monday and talked to Denise who immediately got approval to get my truck in and keep it safe. Even did what they could to get me a loaner. When I arrived Denise referred me to America the service advisor. As America was finishing with another customer I checked with the parts department and he found one in stock in California if not would have been a back ordered part He coordinated with America and got the part ordered and my truck brought inside. Even asked then to do my oil change while there to take advantage of their special. Only took a day to complete the work. This is my family and friends 5 car purchased and serviced by Manly and looking to see what I may get next through Dan Thompson. I so appreciate the team work this dealer staff has demonstrated over and over again More

Having the car serviced is not my favorite thing but at Manly it really is a nice experience. I have never been disappointed. Whatever service agent I have had has always been courteous and efficient. This time I had to leave my car over night and was given a fantastic rental car. That was really a treat. It had all of the bells and whistles. When it is time for me to buy a new car I will never go anywhere else. I always receive great care at Manly Honda. Its easy to schedule appointments online or call in. When I get there I rent a car which is a great convenience. The facility is clean and well maintained. This was my 2nd time bringing my Acura MDX in for Service. I had purchased my Vehicle through Manly Honda almost a year ago. Brought my vehicle in for the first time for Service and it was a Smooth T Service. I had purchased my Vehicle through Manly Honda almost a year ago. Brought my vehicle in for the first time for Service and it was a Smooth Transaction. Just like this 2nd and recent one I had a few days ago. I initially was going to see about taking my Vehicle to the Acura Dealership for Service so I did some Research and found that Manly Honda had way more Services to provide at such a Better deal. That's why I will continue to bring my Acura to Manly Honda for all it's Service needs. I was set up with Lori Comini and she was great from the start. Got me situated with exactly what I needed to get done for my car and she brought me over to Denise Rice where I was able to get a Loaner Vehicle for a day. This was my first time working with Lori, but my 2nd time working with Denise getting a Loaner vehicle. Both are great assets to the company with such professionalism, Great Customer Service and they make sure that as a Customer you leave with a Smile. It was Great working with both of them. The Best part was when Lori reached out by Text the next day stating that my Vehicle is ready for pick up and I can come over whenever I was ready to drop off the Loaner and pick up my Acura MDX. I will continue to bring my Acura in for Service at Manly Honda. They have so much to offer. Keep up the Great work! You guys are all amazing! More
