When I told her that I was in the market for a newer hybrid, she introduced me to Scott Hess, the upgrade specialist in sales and informed Denise Rice of my needs. After talking to me to find out what I might be interested in, Denise set me up with a loaner Honda Clarity, plug-in hybrid as a loaner. This basically turned into a 1 1/2 day test drive of the car I basically wound up purchasing from Scott. Sean Lumibao handled the financing end of the purchase and was equally friendly and easy to work with. The entire experience was very positive and I am thrilled with my new car. More
