Although sometimes really busy all of the service agents are helpful and timely. The reception ladies can be a bit off putting and rude at times but the customer advisors and the rest of the team make up fo are helpful and timely. I brought my 1998 Honda CRV into get my airbag inspected. There was a problem with a bolt and it broke so instead of taking my car for a couple of hours it was for the weekend.
