The service department was improved and it was way more efficient. I was appreciative of all who I spoke with. They all were very kind and I got my car finished in less than 2 hours. Jesus was very nice an efficient. I was appreciative of all who I spoke with. They all were very kind and I got my car finished in less than 2 hours. Jesus was very nice and did all my paperwork quickly. Mandi was super nice and we talked a lot while waiting for my car. She made me remember why I enjoy Honda’s so much. Great service. More

He kept me posted through out the entire time my car was being serviced. I adore Denise she has a great personality and Jen was fun to work with :) Thanks guys for being amazing i do share the type of customer service experience with my work since its hard to get that now days. :) More

Excellent Jose Rocha handled my Honda Pilot service really efficiently and quickly. I appreciated how well it all went. Jennifer Crouch set me up and out the Jose Rocha handled my Honda Pilot service really efficiently and quickly. I appreciated how well it all went. Jennifer Crouch set me up and out the door with a loaner vehicle and did a great job making it fast and pain less. I've taken our Pilot to Manly for most of the time we've owned it and they've done a great job. It's a 2014 and at 113k miles it's running like a top. We've done our best to maintain it as best we can and Manly has made it a positive experience. More

Great experience even when the issue was my oversight I showed up to Manly in the rain when there was an extensive line of cars in the service line. I didn't wait more than two minutes before Denise came I showed up to Manly in the rain when there was an extensive line of cars in the service line. I didn't wait more than two minutes before Denise came to my car, found my appointment details, and very pleasantly explained what to do and expect next. A few minutes later, Mark called me from the waiting room, and we ran through the details of my concern. This was my second experience with Mark as my service rep., and he is great. I made this service appointment because I was sure that Manly had miswired the receptacle for the trailer hitch that they had installed about a year before. Mark assured me that they would diagnose it and make it right quickly if it was miswired. When he called me a few hours after I left Manly to explain that they found that the issue was a blown fuse, he presented it in a way that didn't make me feel like a fool, which I very much appreciated. From the moment that Denise greeted me at my car to paying my bill with Mark, I felt that I was treated with respect and fairness. More

Communication with the service department representatives that are assigned to your vehicle and information regarding coverage is lacking. I brought my vehicle in because the tire light was representatives that are assigned to your vehicle and information regarding coverage is lacking. I brought my vehicle in because the tire light was on again ( multiple tire issues with the Honda Accord Sport 2018- seems to be a constant) I was told the car would be in and out quickly because tire issues take precedence . Received a call several hours later that the tire would be replaced due to a screw next to the side wall. They left a message regarding the price, when I called and let Ron know I have Zurich insurance ( which he had no clue I had) I then had to call back and was told hours later the technicians would just patch it. Because the car was done being worked on so late I had to pick it up on Saturday only to drive off the lot and have the tire light come back on. I’ve been extremely frustrated with the level of service and communication from the service department . Started out good when I first got the vehicle and quickly declined. Seems very dishonest that they went from the tire needing to be replaced to “we’ll patch it up” now that we’ve looked into it further once they new I had Zurich insurance. I built the insurance into my payment for a reason. If the tire has an issue and that was the initial consensus then replace it . When the tires are all back up to par then shouldn’t your technicians be resetting the Calibration, no indication whether that was done or not. More
