I am a former USAF member for over 20 years. I enjoy the automobile industry, especially Mercedes Benz. Recently married, enjoying traveling, basketball, health training, and cooking. He ensured all of my concerns were addressed; and did not rush me in making my decision. Before leaving the dealership, he went over additional features and followed-up with a phone call to make sure everything was fine and to see if I had any other questions. The following week Dennis called to inform me that he had scheduled an appointment with your product/technology specialist who would provide additional guidance on other features on the vehicle. More

above and beyond accomodating I first went to the Audi dealership across the street I was displeased with the price and the poor customer service .
