I am a former USAF member for over 20 years. I enjoy the automobile industry, especially Mercedes Benz. Recently married, enjoying traveling, basketball, health training, and cooking. Dee, Just looking Dennis Epps is a fantastic sales associate, his customer service is outstanding (exceeded my expectation). He listened to my questions and took time Dennis Epps is a fantastic sales associate, his customer service is outstanding (exceeded my expectation). He listened to my questions and took time to explain the differences pertaining to the two vehicles I was interested in (E350 and E300). He ensured all of my concerns were addressed; and did not rush me in making my decision. Before leaving the dealership, he went over additional features and followed-up with a phone call to make sure everything was fine and to see if I had any other questions. The following week Dennis called to inform me that he had scheduled an appointment with your product/technology specialist who would provide additional guidance on other features on the vehicle. More

above and beyond accomodating I first went to the Audi dealership across the street I was displeased with the price and the poor customer service . I left and checked on a used Aud I first went to the Audi dealership across the street I was displeased with the price and the poor customer service . I left and checked on a used Audi from Mercedes in Owingsmills . Dennis Epps and company not only showed great customer service also the price was great . I got the car I wanted . Days later I bought a Mercedes Benz for my daughter Thanks Dennis More
